Dr Katie Bigham Dr Katie Bigham is a Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience working in the NHS and independent practice. Dr Bigham has had extensive experience working with adults and children with neurodivergence, intellectual disabilities and developmental delay, as well as offering consultation and supervision to colleagues in supporting agencies and services. Katie specialises in neurodevelopment assessments, including autism and ADHD assessments, and neuropsychology assessments to ascertain learning disability and learning difficulties, for both adults and children. She has gained much experience supporting parents, families, children, and young people with challenges that are often associated with neurodivergence and intellectual disability. Dr Bigham has also worked closely with other services and agencies in a consultative role, offering supervision and guidance on how best to support families, children, and young people. As well as assessments Dr Bigham offers therapeutic services and intervention for a range of mental health, and life challenges across the age range. Her approach is to work collaboratively to complete assessments, psychological formulations, and interventions to increase the quality of life for you, your child or family member. Katie is experienced in delivering and adapting compassion focussed therapy (CFT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Her aim is to help you gain a better understanding of yours, of your child’s challenges and together develop a way forward, together developing strategies to improve emotional wellbeing and hope. Dr Bigham is a strong advocate for supporting people from all walks of life. Life is hard and some challenges we face can leave us feeling alone, isolated, and struggling to cope. Dr Bigham is registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Association of Clinical Psychologists (ACP).

Dr Peter Kinsella Dr Peter Kinsella is a Clinical Psychologist working in NHS acute Neuropsychology services and part time in independent practice. He has with extensive experience of neurorehabilitation and assessment. Dr Kinsella specialises in Adult Neuropsychology providing therapy and assessment of a wide range of neurological conditions including acquired brain injuries, strokes, MS, Parkinson’s disease, spinal injuries and degenerative disorders. Dr Kinsella has wide experience of working in Multidisciplinary teams, support worker teams and supervising other professionals. Dr Rebecca Williams BSc DClinPsy CPsychol Rebecca is a highly specialist Consultant Clinical Psychologist, with over 19 years expertise in working with adults, children and young people with learning disability and neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism and ADHD. She has worked within the NHS and privately conducting complex assessments, formulations, and interventions, as well as providing clinical leadership to Learning Disability, Children’s Disability Services and Neurodevelopmental Disorders services within the NHS. Her main areas of expertise are in diagnoses for complex neurodevelopmental conditions, risk assessments for people with learning disabilities (LD), parenting assessments for people with LD, and functional analyses of behaviour, including for Court purposes. Rebecca also offers therapy for people with learning disabilities or ASD/ ADHD, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
